You've tried the product and still aren't satisfied? That's disappointing, but it happens. You have 30 days from receiving the item to return unopened or opened (but not empty) products to us, and we'll refund your purchase, as promised.

Deadlines: The return policy can be exercised within 30 days of receipt. To comply with the deadline, simply inform us of your intention to return the product via the email address provided below before the deadline expires.

Procedure: Please send us an email at hello@kiyo-natural.com with the following details:

• Order number (#....)
• First and last name
• Reason for the return

Once you have notified us of your return via email, you have 14 days to return the products. Return address: Zero waste GmbH, Kleinmatt 12, CH-6402 Merlischachen.

Please note: Products that have already been refunded in a previous order are not eligible for return.
The cost of return shipping is at your expense.
The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the return.
Request a receipt from the shipping service provider so that you can provide us with proof of your return if requested.
