1. Hold the tongue scraper at both ends and place the rounded arch at the back part of the tongue.
2. Gently pull the tongue scraper forward against the tongue.
3. Repeat the process up to 5 times.
4. Rinse the mouth afterward with water.

Please note: Products that have already been refunded in a previous order are not eligible for return.
The cost of return shipping is at your expense.
The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receiving the return.
Request a receipt from the shipping service provider so that you can provide us with proof of your return if requested.
